The coronavirus has thrust the world into unprecedented times. CRD over the past year has built a vast network of resources throughout the U.S. and the world. For a bit of time CRD has wanted to expand and utilize the network of resources and help more in the US. The coronavirus has moved the plans forward. We have been in close contact with our resources and they are also ready and willing to help.

1. CRD is expanding to help place senior dogs here in the US. Senior dogs have less than a 25% chance of being adopted from a Rescue or shelter. If you are interested in adopting a
senior dog please go to our website fill out our adoption application.

2. If you cannot make it home due to the coronavirus or know of someone who cannot make it home to take care of their dogs we can use our network and find you help.

3. If you feel it is necessary to give up your dog due to the coronavirus we can use our network to find you help. Please note the following information

If you would like to contribute to our efforts please click on the donate button. You are able to specify how your contribution how is allocated. For example – food, medicine, on-going care expenses, domestic or international.

CRD is very grateful for the commitment and patience to our perspective adopters who are patiently waiting for their dogs who have been held up due to the coronavirus. We will be providing updates on a regular basis through social media.
